Tell me who you are?
I've been a DJ for almost 20 years and have worked a lot in the nightclub and entertainment scene.
Tell us about the entertainment section at Orangeriet and Trattorian.
We have DJs at Orangeriet five days a week. They play soulful music - everything from 90s r'n'b, loungey house and funky. Every day there should be a unique and wonderful vibe, it should feel like we actually have a "live" DJ and not just a Spotify list rolling.
Every weekend we serve our popular Italian brunch at Trattorian. There is always a good atmosphere, but perhaps a little extra lovely on Sundays when we have a live band at the brunch. These are acoustic bands that raise the mood, which is really appreciated by our guests.
If you were free to choose an artist to perform live at the brunch - who would it be?
I would definitely choose Snoh Alegra! It's an awesome artist who comes from Uppsala but lives in Los Angeles. She has made an amazing journey.
What are your plans for the future?
We are constantly working to make our part of Norr Mälarstrand the obvious choice, whether you want to eat lunch, dinner, brunch, have a drink or a late night out with great company. We have an incredibly unique setting in one of Stockholm's finest locations.
Summer is still a few months away - but can you give us a little sneak peek of what's happening?
Orangeriet shines the brightest in summer! People love being near the water and, as we all know, are in a particularly good mood at this time. In the middle of May we will open Pontonen and this year we are doing it in collaboration with Lexington! During the summer we will have several fun happenings - keep an eye on our Instagram @orangerietbar.
