The villa's Easter menu starts with a herring tray: three different herrings with Västerbotten cream, sour cream and boiled potatoes. The main course is a roast lamb with ramson, green asparagus, duck liver, lamb's cheek and potato rösti, and a sweet finish with a chocolate mousse cake with dulche de leche ganache and coffee glaze.
