Cavling further describes the experience as follows: "In the new Zink, the kitchen is fully transparent. There are 55 seats in the dining room in front of the kitchen and another 20 or so in the bar. The interior is very beautiful with many old details from the previous pub and even more new ones that fit in. I know the word genuine is a dangerous word, but I can't think of anything more fitting for the new Zink."
