In idyllic Djurgården, yet close to the pulse of the city, Villa Godthem is a unique Swiss-style merchant's villa from the late 19th century. It is the classic restaurant cuisine that is the soul of Villa Godthem. Sillbricka with potatoes and Västerbotten cheese, lobster soup and Wallenbergare are permanent favourites, but the most famous is of course the "Planksteken", which has been on the menu since the mid-1950s.
