You're just as welcome here for breakfast before work, something quick and easy at the bar on a Tuesday, as you are for a messy Saturday dinner or a bubbly drink in the wee hours. The produce, food and drink are the core - but it 'sthe conversation around the tables, the buzz at the bar and the community we live for. The grill is the heart of the kitchen and the menu's inspiration is drawn from the Basque Country in Spain, the rolling hills of Tuscany, the food culture of Provence and the coasts of San Francisco. We don't mess around, letting the ingredients speak for themselves and updating the menu according to season, availability and mood. We serve a lot of greens, the meat comes as much as possible from Swedish meat farmers, we butter our own hams and handpick the charcuterie from selected farms in Spain, Italy and France.
