Rune and his kitchen team have come up with some lovely new brunch dishes such as bubble waffle with onion roe, burrata salad, steak tartare and a whole lot more. But the absolute best of the whole menu has to be the bubble waffle with homemade Nutella and vanilla ice cream - it leaves no one indifferent to say the least... Then you can't miss Zink's Bloody Mary made with homemade fermented tomato juice.
