Don't miss the "Gambas Arrostiti" - roasted red shrimps, lemon thyme and parmesan butter, peperoncini, garlic, tomato and focaccia or the "Pappardelle al ragu d'anatra" - long stew of duck thighs with sage, parmesan and pangrattato.
