The season changes and so do the flavors of Trattorian!
Now the restaurant is updating its menu to offer a new, lighter and more summery taste experience.
One of the new additions to the menu is Trattoria's take on the Italian porchetta - wood oven roasted side of farmhouse pork, whipped fennel ricotta, grilled peach and rosemary.
A tasty evening dish that goes just as well with a glass of rosé as with a cool glass of Pinot Grigio.

Then it's just a few more steps Orangerietwhich is simultaneously launching its new cocktail menu with summery elements such as peach, elderflower and raspberry.
