At Villa Godthem we keep up the tradition and invite you to a crayfish party between 4 August and 8 September. The menu includes chanterelle toast as a starter, followed by Swedish crayfish with classic accompaniments such as herb cheese, Västerbotten pie and brioche, and of course strawberries with vanilla ice cream for dessert. For the crayfish menu, we have also developed a drinks package that goes perfectly with it.
The crayfish menu is pre-booked at least two days in advance.
