As a waiter/waitress you have a lot of responsibility for the service in the restaurant. In the role of waiter/waitress you should be outgoing and enjoy a fast pace.
You should preferably have previous experience and enjoy the contact with guests and staff that the role involves.
Good communication and organisational skills are important.

Headmaster
2 positions, Court Master (May - September, full-time/part-time)
In the role of Court Master, you are responsible for hosting both guests and staff.
As well as being part of the operations, you will have overall control of the flow of guests in the restaurant and work with the team to prioritise tasks to keep the business running smoothly and guests happy.
You will lead and distribute the work and manage the staffing during your shift. If necessary, you will have the opportunity to train new employees and you will also relieve the restaurant manager of certain administrative tasks.
