Scope of work:
- Responsible for creating and executing an impressive beverage menu with flavors in line with our concept.
- Supervise, manage and be present in daily operational activities including leading the daily work of the bar team.
- Planning and scheduling.
- Quality assure service and beverage with attention to detail.
- Being present in operation and interacting with guests to create a welcoming and entertaining atmosphere.
- Managing beverage orders and ensuring stock levels are kept optimal.
- Working closely with the Operations Manager and management to maintain the establishment's high standards.
Qualifications:
Previous experience of working in a managerial role in a bar or restaurant environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including late evenings and weekends.
A positive and outgoing personality with the ability to create good relationships with suppliers, staff and guests.
A passion for drinks and a desire to constantly develop and follow trends in the industry.
Excellent ability to keep order and have an eye for detail.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
