Trattorian is an Italian à la carte restaurant on Norr Mälarstrand. We have 225 seats and a private dining room, La Cucina with 64 seats. Next door to Trattorian and La Cucina is our lovely cocktail bar Orangeriet.
ABOUT ORANGERIET
Orangeriet is a cocktail bar alive from early morning to late evening, a lively meeting place for all occasions. It serves lunch, afternoon coffee, after work and cocktails late into the night.
We are now looking for maître d' for Trattorian and Orangeriet

ABOUT THE JOB
As a maître d' at Trattorian & Orangeriet , you always strive to ensure that our guests' needs are satisfied in the best possible way, within the framework of our concept and product.
Our service is consistently high, always with a positive attitude towards both guests and colleagues, all to ensure that our guests have the best experience of their visit with us.
We are looking for a maître d' with natural hosting skills and prestigious authority, who loves to take care of guests and manage staff. Safety is your watchword and this applies to both staff and guests. You thrive on order and tidiness. Seeing the small details is a matter of course for you.
Qualifications
At least 4 years of documented experience working as an a la carte chef.
Access and salary: Start according to agreement and salary according to collective agreement.

We would like you to have at least three years of proven experience working as an a la carte server.

You are a social person who likes to offer yourself. Organising yourself and your work is not a problem, it's something you even enjoy! Being responsive to what our guests want before they know what they want is something you see as a challenge.
We would like you to have at least three years of proven experience working as a bartender.
