OM TRATTORIAN
Trattorian is an Italian à la carte restaurant on Norr Mälarstrand. We have 225 seats and a private dining room, La Cucina with 64 seats. Next door to Trattorian and La Cucina is our lovely cocktail bar Orangeriet.

ABOUT ORANGERIET
Orangeriet is a cocktail bar that lives from early morning to late evening, a lively meeting place for all occasions. It serves lunch, afternoon coffee, after work and cocktails until late at night.

Trattorian, Orangeriet & Pontonen are now looking for their new Assistant Restaurant Manager.

In the role of Assistant RC, you see the benefit of working across departments to find the best balance and create great conditions for your team. You have a share of the overall responsibility through participation in many different forums and are directly responsible for four departments together with your colleagues so it is important that you are a leader.

You are part of the daily operations with an overall responsibility for the business. You are primarily driven by always developing and renewing the guests' experience with us.

Being solution-oriented rather than problem-oriented will take you and our team forward together. You are straightforward and clear in your communication and understand the importance of being a leader and role model, naturally making conscious decisions and directing your work by owning your service and dining rooms. And be a security for both our guests and staff. You are not afraid to ask for help, for you it is a matter of course to take help from your colleagues.

You feel confident in your role as a leader and are passionate about the team rather than the self. You find it easy to build a relationship with both colleagues and guests and understand that this contact is crucial to success. You thrive in the profession and want a long-term service and workplace.

To succeed in this position, we see that you are

  • have previous experience (at least 3 years) in similar positions and if you have a sommelier training it is a plus.
  • is unpretentious, clear, responsive and confident in yourself as a leader.
  • is motivated by and able to motivate staff to work towards set goals.
  • takes initiative and is not afraid to make mistakes
  • is structured and responsible
  • have a passion for food, drink and good service
  • have an interest in numbers and schedules

Scope: Full time
Duration: Permanent with 6 months probationary period
Salary: Monthly salary according to agreement

Working hours: Variable, weekdays and weekends, mostly evening hours. Rolling schedule according to collective agreement.
