RICORDI is the name of the restaurant - which means memories or "do you remember". Memories of food, people, conversations and everything you experience in good company.

You will probably have a few years' experience in a restaurant, but we place the greatest importance on your personality. Pride in your work is extremely important and we want you to be passionate about food and meeting people. You are knowledgeable, accurate, responsive, relaxed and personable. We expect you to be between 25 and 55 years old.
