Working at Juno

At St Eriksgatan 43, a brand new restaurant is taking shape. There will be toasting, popping bubble bottles and clinking cutlery. Friends will gather, love will arise and Kungsholm residents will become regulars.

Welcome to Juno - a Mediterranean brasserie in the heart of Fridhemsplan. Here, the waves from the Mediterranean have washed in with inspiration for food and drink. A little history, a little romance and tasty spices from the countries along the way, is what we want to serve in our very own way.

We believe in simplicity with finesse and want our guests to recognize themselves. With an elaborate menu where small adjustments can always be made, our guests come back for their favorites but can always be surprised with something new.

The feeling here is that everyone can fit in, whether you're planning a three-course dinner or just grabbing something simple at the bar. A high pulse where lots of impressions coexist with intimate meetings. The restaurant consists of a dining room that extends along the window sections around the room. Straight ahead is a smaller bar with an open kitchen where you can hang out and have a drink or eat your dinner.

Sous chef
We are looking for someone with a passion for the profession, food, drink and people. You should have previous experience in a management position. You should enjoy working at a fast pace and actively participate in the daily development of our team and our product. We are looking for a leader who is clear in their communication with everyone working in the restaurant. You will work in a talented team where we value well-being the most. If you have fun and enjoy your work, you do a good job. We want our staff to grow and develop with us!

Chef
Are you a willing and passionate chef who loves working in a restaurant kitchen? You should be able to work independently and in a team. If you have experience from both hot and cold kitchen, it is of course an advantage. You should enjoy working at a fast pace and actively participate in the daily development of the team and our product.

Tableware
We are looking for people who are social, positive, responsible, accurate and have a high sense of service.

We expect you to have at least 5 years of experience in à la carte service, be able to manage your own station and be comfortable working in a team.

You are a happy, outgoing person who is passionate about the service profession. You are not afraid of new challenges and have a sense of service and quality.

This position requires you to be able to work with a varied schedule.

We would like you to be able to speak and write Swedish and English.

Restaurant manager

Service-oriented and inspiring restaurant manager

As a person, you are driven, orderly, love service and put guests at the center. Pride and passion are important keywords for us.

The position entails overall responsibility for the restaurant operations, i.e. schedule, staff contact, administrative tasks and other things to enable you and your team to deliver a high level of service.

We are looking for those who have previous experience in a management position and staff responsibilities.

The restaurant manager's responsibilities include actively working to run the restaurant business to ensure the best results and quality.

Optimize sales by monitoring the most advantageous agreements with our suppliers.

You have good oral and written skills in Swedish and English.
