ZINC SEEKS SOUS CHEF + COOK
Gastrotek Zink is a lively neighbourhood restaurant in Östermalm with its heart in the joy of food and the community around the table. Our guests come here for something quick and easy at the bar on a Tuesday, as well as a messy Saturday dinner or a bubbly drink in the early hours.
The grill is the heart of the kitchen and the menu is inspired by the Basque Country in Spain, the rolling hills of Tuscany, the food culture of Provence and the coasts of San Francisco. We don't mess around, letting the ingredients speak for themselves and updating the menu according to season, availability and mood.
We are currently looking for a Sous Chef who will be involved in the management and development of the kitchen. You should have at least 5 years of experience, be a skilled cook, be able to work at a high pace and actively participate in the daily development of our team and our product.
We are also looking for a cook with a lot of will and passion! You should have at least 1 year of experience and preferably have worked with charcoal grills before.
