Your role
We are now looking for a chef to expand our kitchen team at East for the Christmas table where we aim to further enhance our product and the experience for our guests.

About you
The person we are looking for should have previous experience as a chef, enjoy working in a fast pace and actively participate in the daily development of our team and our product.

Sous chef

Your role
As sous chef, you will be involved in the development and renewal of the kitchen. Your task is to run and develop the kitchen within the framework set by the management, the chef and you.

About you
To succeed in this position, we see that you have at least 1 year of experience as a sous chef or similar role are clear in your communication towards everyone working at the restaurant have a passion for food, drink and people educate and train the kitchen staff are involved in developing menus are used to collaborate and understand the value of delegating.

We are looking for two head waiters

We expect you to be at least 23 years old and have a solid background in restaurants. You are clear, responsive, organized, responsible, committed, inspiring and positive. You have at least 2 years of management experience and qualities for this. You love and are passionate about leadership and service.

We would also like you to have a good knowledge and interest in beverages.

We are now strengthening our wonderful team with maître d' in the upcoming transformation that has begun in the history of East .

About the service

  • Responsible person on site when the restaurant manager is not on site
  • Planning the lunch/evening shift
  • Answering the phone and email
  • Bringing in guest opinions
  • Placement of guests
  • Follow the staff cost budget and manage staff to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure that the working environment and drive are up to scratch.
  • Varied schedule with mainly evenings and weekends but never later than midnight when the bar takes over.
