Two years after its predecessor and popular pub Zink on Biblioteksgatan had closed its doors, it was time to fire up the grill again. And as always, the charcoal grill is the centre of attention.
The menu takes inspiration from the Basque Country, Tuscany, Provence and the coasts around San Francisco. And even here at Zink, the fire is burning late, as we've extended our opening hours Wednesday - Saturday.
