Brasseriegruppen regains a service licence

Earlier this week, the Brasserie Group's license was revoked by the licensing unit.

The decision was appealed to the Administrative Court, which has now accepted the Brasserie Group's request to suspend the decision.

This means that the restaurants in the Brasserie group can now serve alcohol again with immediate effect. The restaurants that can serve alcohol again are Prinsen, Pas d’art, East, Gastrotek Zink, Trattorian, Orangeriet, Pontonen, Il Tempo, Ricordi and Villa Godthem. The inhibition decision is valid until further notice. We do not know when a final review of the issue can take place in the administrative court, but it will most likely take a long time.
